All orders delivered to an address outside the Continental US will be sent via United States Postal service (USPS) First Class International Mail. Additional charges will apply and we will notify you by email as to the exact amount.
All custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders will usually be processed and shipped within 2 – 5 days. Custom design requests will take longer. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please email us at

Please send us a detailed email if you wish to return an item. A return authorization is required for all returns. If your order is received in damaged condition, please notify your postal carrier and contact us within 48 hours.

Pet Safety: Posharoo scarves are decorative canine fashions and should be treated as you would your own special garments.
